Rhys has worked in Information Technology for 20 years, and in horticulture for over 25 years. He has worked in a variety of energy projects in Melbourne and country Victoria, including energy auditing and electric vehicle design and conversions.

He is based in Melbourne, and South Gippsland, Victoria.
